Akinkunmi, Olukemi Yetunde (Ph.D) is an Entomologist and a Lecturer in the Department of Biosciences and Biotechnology, Faculty of Science, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo, Nigeria. Her research focus is on Insect ecology and biodiversity, Insect biology, Integrated Pest Management, Biological control of insects and the use of botanicals in insect pest management. She has to her credit publications in reputable peer reviewed National and International Conference Proceedings and Journals.
Dr Akinkunmi belongs to Professional bodies like Entomological Society of Nigeria (ESN), Nigeria Society for Plant Protection (NSPP), Pesticidal Plants Society (PePS) of Nigeria, Horticultural Society of Nigeria (HORTSON), Nigerian Women In Agricultural Research for Development (NIWARD) and Organisation for Women in Science for developing World (OWSD).
She is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University (B. Agric, 1999), University of Ibadan (M. Sc. Crop Protection, 2004) and Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (Ph.D. Entomology 2020).
